EMPTY

     HELLO,HEY, HOW YOU DOING?..HOW YOUR RESULT?..AND A LOT MORE QUESTION RECEIVED WHEN THE NEW SEMESTER BEGIN AFTER 5 MONTHS OF HOLIDAY..IT'S FEEL PLEASANT BUT DEEP INSIDE I GET THIS STRANGE FEELING..A FEELING THAT CLOSE TO AN EMPTY FEELING..DON'T FEEL LIKE TO DO ANYTHING,TO THINK OF ANYTHING..WEIRD ISN'T?..ALMOST LIKE A ROBOT OR DOLL..

WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE FAT/OBESITY?..

     ARE YOU FAT OR ARE YOU ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE THAT FALL UNDER OBESITY CATEGORY?..DID YOU EVER GET THE FEELING LIKE "WHAT'RE YOU LOOKING AT?" OR "WHY THEY LOOK AT ME LIKE THAT?" WHEN PEOPLE LOOK AT YOU?..AS IF THEY DISGUST JUST BY LOOKING AT YOUR BOUNCING FATS?..I OFTEN WATCHED IN THE MOVIES WHERE THIS KIND OF PERSON ALWAYS GET BULLIED BY OTHERS ESPECIALLY KIDS AND IF THEY ARE ADULTS,PEOPLE OFTEN TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM..


     WELL, IT'S GOOD,ACTUALLY THIS KIND OF REACTION CAN DO YOU A FAVOR..YOU CAN MAKE ALL THIS "UNHEALTHY" THOUGHT AS A BOOST TO CHANGE YOURSELF, BESIDES, EXCESSIVE FATS WILL HARM YOUR BODY AND IT CAN BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS BECAUSE 
THE FATS CAN BLOCK SOMETHING IN YOUR HEART AREA (I FORGOT WHAT IT IS CALL)..


     SO,WHAT TO DO TO MAKE THOSE COMMENTS AS A BOOSTER?..OF COURSE, THEY ARE METHODS TO LOSE WEIGHT WHICH NOT REQUIRE YOU TO DO HEAVY EXERCISE BUT THAT KIND OF METHOD ALWAYS HAVE IT'S SIDE EFFECT, IT'S LIKE A PACKAGE..WHAT I WANT TO STRESS HERE IS EXERCISE WHICH CAN IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH, BUILD YOUR BODY, STAMINA AND ALSO HELP YOU TO LOSE WEIGHT AND LEFT ONLY NECESSARY AMOUNT OF FATS NEED FOR THE BODY..I KNOW IT IS TIRING AND FEELS LIKE WANT TO GIVE UP, AT THIS MOMENT, YOU SHOULD REMEMBER WHAT PEOPLE HAVE SAID AND DONE TO YOU..THAT'S HOW YOU USE IT AS A BOOSTER..:D

      HELLO EVERYONE...IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME I DIDN'T UPDATE BECAUSE OF A FEW OBSTACLES I HAD TO FACE..SO,TODAY I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE ABOUT WHAT TO DO TO BE AN EFFICIENT STUDENT AS I'M STARTING MY LIFE AS STUDENT AGAIN,SO IT IS KINDA AN ADVICE TO MYSELF AND YOU OUT THERE WHO STILL IN A SCHOOL, COLLEGE, OR UNIVERSITY...SO, DO YOU THINK THE METHOD YOU HAVE BEEN USING UP TILL NOW TO STUDY DURING YOUR SCHOOL/COLLEGE PERIOD IS/WAS AN EFFICIENT ONE?..HOW DO WE WANT TO KNOW WHETHER IT IS EFFICIENT OR NOT?..AND WHAT TO DO TO BE LIKE ONE?..


     IF YOU HAVE THINK ABOUT ONE THE QUESTIONS ABOVE BEFORE, THEN LET US SHARE WHAT TO DO TO BECOME AN EFFICIENT STUDENT..


     HERE WE GO, FIRST THING YOU MUST KEEP IN MIND IS NEVER STUDY EVERYTHING BY YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU WILL GET TIRED EXTREMELY EASY AND YOUR BRAIN CAN'T PROCESS THE INFORMATION YOU READ/STUDY...WELL,YOU CAN DO THIS ONCE IN A WHILE IF YOU'RE DOING REVISION ON SOME CALCULATION SUBJECT.


     TRY TO FIND A GROUP OF 4 PEOPLE THAT AT LEAST HAVE THE SAME INTEREST AS YOU AND FORM A STUDY GROUP SESSION..THIS KIND OF LEARNING TECHNIQUE WILL HELP YOU ACHIEVE A LOT (BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE). LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING,I ONCE A STUDENT WHO LIKE TO STUDY ALONE AND I THINK I COVERS EVERYTHING NEEDED BUT MY RESULT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH,BUT I TRIED STUDY IN A GROUP AND I ACHIEVED QUITE A LOT (MY MARK WAS SKY ROCKETING).


     FIND A MENTOR. THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE WITHOUT A MENTOR, I'LL ASSURE YOU'LL GET LOST IN YOUR STUDYING.

"STRONGEST" MAN IN THE WORLD..

     FOR ALL THE MEN OUT THERE, LET ME ASK YOU ONE QUESTION, DO YOU WANT TO BE THE STRONGEST MEN IN THE WORLD OR AT THE VERY LEAST, STRONG TO PROTECT THE PERSON YOU LOVE?..I'M PRETTY SURE ALMOST 80-90% OF YOU WILL ANSWER "YES, I WANT TO BE.."..


     SO,WHAT TO DO TO BELONG IN THIS GROUP?..DID YOU NEED TO LIFT SOMETHING THAT WEIGHT A TON?..DID YOU NEED TO SIT UP 100 TIMES PER DAY?..WELL,IT IS TRUE IF YOU WANT TO BUILD UP YOUR BODY,BUT IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU'RE STRONG..


     IF YOU LOOK AT THE TITLE, I DID WRITE "STRONGEST",SO WHAT I MEAN BY THIS IS NOT IN TERM OF STRENGTH WHERE PEOPLE SCARED TO GET CLOSE TO YOU OR SOMETHING THAT SHOW YOUR FIERCENESS ..BUT, WHAT I MEAN IS PATIENCE..I FORGOT WHERE I HAVE HEARD THIS PHRASE "THE STRONGEST MAN IS THE MAN THAT CAN CONTROL HIMSELF WHEN HE IS ANGRY" .


     I ALWAYS READ/SAW IN THE NEWS ABOUT TRAGEDIES WHERE PEOPLE ARE KILLED OR BEING KILLED BECAUSE THEY LOST THEIR TEMPER AND THE CAUSE COULD BE HANDLE PEACEFULLY IF IT IS HANDLE IF BOTH PARTIES HAVE PATIENCE....SO,WHAT TO DO TO CONTROL OUR TEMPER?..A FEW YEARS BACK,I'M ONE OF THOSE BELONG TO THE GROUP OF BAD TEMPER PEOPLE...BUT I SUCCEED TO CONTROL MY TEMPER WITH THE HELP OF MY FRIENDS AND ALWAYS REMIND MYSELF OF THE BAD SEQUENCES IF I LOOSE MY TEMPER EASILY..

GLOBAL WARMING

      GREETINGS..DO YOU HAVE ANY ACTIVITY TO DO TODAY?..WELL,I'M SUPPOSE YOU DOESN'T HAVE ANY AT THE MOMENT SINCE YOU GOT TIME TO READ MY LITTLE BLOG..:D


     TODAY I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE AND SHARE WITH YOU GUYS ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING WHICH IS GETTING WORSE BY THE TIME PASSES..I'M SURE YOU MUST HAVE HEARD ABOUT IT OR AT LEAST FEEL IT..SO,WHAT IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THIS GLOBAL WARMING?..THE MAIN CAUSE IS "OZONE DEPLETION"...AND WHAT IS THIS OZONE THING?..OZONE IS A LAYER AT THE ATMOSPHERE THAT PROTECT US FROM GETTING ANY HARM EMIT FROM THE SUN THAT MIGHT BE DANGEROUS TO OUR BODY..


     SO THEN,WHAT ARE THE CAUSES FOR THIS OZONE DEPLETION?..SINCE I'M NOT AN EXPERT IN THIS AREA,I'LL NIT ELABORATE IT INTO DETAILS AND JUST LIST OUT THE CAUSE..THE POPULAR TERM I ALWAYS HEARD IS CFC AND GREEN HOUSE EFFECT...IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN, SMOKE PRODUCE FROM CIGAR,BURN A PLASTIC(OR OTHER NON-DISPOSABLE MATERIALS BY NATURE).


     WHAT TO DO TO PREVENT OZONE DEPLETION GO ANY FURTHER?..A FEW METHOD I THINK CAN HELP SAVING THE EARTH FOR OUR OWN GOOD IS "SAY NO TO CIGARETTES" SINCE IT'S NOT ONLY CONTRIBUTE TO OZONE DEPLETION,BUT ALSO DAMAGE TO THE SMOKERS AND EVEN WORSE TO THE PASSIVE SMOKERS..NEXT, PLANT MORE TREES SINCE TREES ABSORB THE BAD GASES AND CAN MAKE OUR ENVIRONMENT FEEL FRESH FROM THE OXYGEN RELEASE BY THEM..AFTER THAT,TRY TO REDUCE THE USAGE OF PLASTIC AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND AVOID BURNING THEM AT ALL COST.

YOU OR YOUR PARENTS?...

          HAVE YOU EVER BE IN A POSITION BETWEEN .YOU AND YOUR PARENTS DECISION?..IT MIGHT BE ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE GONNA BE IN THE FUTURE,WHICH SCHOOL YOU WANNA GO BUT YOU PARENT SEND YOU TO ANOTHER SCHOOL, AND SOMETHING LIKE THAT?..


     LET ME TELL YOU A STORY TO MAKE YOU GET THE PICTURE OF WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY..I HAVE A FRIEND AND HE HAVE MANY SIBLINGS,AROUND 11 OR SOMETHING AND HIS PARENT INCOME AROUND $190 PER MONTH(SALARY FROM 6 YEARS AGO) AND HIS FAMILY NEEDED MONEY..SO,AS A FIRST CHILD,HE GOT A HUGE RESPONSIBILITY TOWARD HIS FAMILY AND HIS SIBLINGS..SO,WHEN THE TIME COME FOR HIS TO DECIDE WHETHER TO CONTINUE STUDYING AT THE UNIVERSITY(WHAT HE WANT) OR FIND A JOB AND HELP HIS FAMILY(WHAT HIS PARENT WANT)..


     NOW,HAVE YOU GET THE GIST OF THE STORY?..SO,WHAT WOULD YOU DO IN HIS SITUATION AND WHAT TO DO IN CASE YOU EXPERIENCE THIS KIND OF SITUATION IN THE FUTURE?..


     BEFORE WE PROCEED, LET ME TELL YOU WHAT I DID OR ADVICE I GAVE TO HIM BEFORE HE MAKE HIS DECISION...I SAID TO HIM THAT WITH HIS CURRENT LEVEL OF EDUCATION AT THAT TIME, HE WILL DEFINITELY FOUND A JOB AND CAN DEFINITELY HELP HIS FAMILY AND SIBLINGS, BUT HOW MUCH HELP CAN HE BE TO HIS FAMILY?...THEN I SAID, IF HE CONTINUE HIS STUDYING FOR ABOUT 3-4 YEARS MORE,AND AFTER GETTING A DEGREE,HOW MUCH DIFFERENCE IN SALARY WILL HE GET ?..


     NOW,LET WE PROCEED WITH WHAT TO DO WHEN WE NEED TO CHOOSE BETWEEN OUR PARENT OR OUR OWN DECISION...IT'S TRUE PARENTS ALWAYS THINKING FOR THEIR CHILDREN HAPPINESS,BUT SOMETIMES,THEY ALSO WILL MAKE A MISTAKE...SO,AS A GROWN UP,YOU SHOULD ANALYZE BETWEEN THE CHOICES BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY DECISION AND IF YOU THINK THAT THE DECISION YOU TAKE WILL HURT YOUR PARENT FEELING,YOU SHOULD PROVIDE THEM WITH SOME CLEAR EXPLANATION BEFORE YOU TELL THEM YOUR DECISION AND WHY YOU MAKE THAT DECISION..:D

DIVORCE?..NO!..NO!..NO!

     DIVORCE IN MY "LIFE DICTIONARY"  HAVE TWO DEFINITION,THE FIRST ONE IS DEFINE AS A COUPLE WHO PREVIOUSLY MARRIED HAPPILY BUT WHEN ENCOUNTER WITH SOME SORT OF PROBLEM,THEY SOLVE IT USING THEIR EMOTION AND TAKE EASIEST SOLUTION WHICH IS DIVORCE AND CONTINUING BLAME THEIR PARTNER AND LEAVING THEIR CHILDREN IN WITHOUT GETTING "PARENTS LOVE"...I CALL THIS "DIVORCE OF LIFE".


     SECOND DEFINITION IS "DEATH DIVORCE" WHERE THE COUPLE IS DIVORCE WHEN EITHER ONE OF THEM IS DEATH DUE TO THE SICKNESS OR ANY OTHER REASON.


     SO,WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE IS ABOUT THE "DIVORCE OF LIFE" WHERE BOTH PERSON IS STILL GOT THEIR SOUL ATTACH TO THEIR BODY AND WHAT TO DO TO REDUCE THIS DIVORCE PHENOMENA WHICH HAVE ALMOST BECOME A TREND NOWADAYS.


     FIRST,LET'S TRY TO SORT OUT THE FACTOR THAT LEAD TO DIVORCE...THE KEYWORDS I CAN POINT OUT FOR NOW ARE MISUNDERSTANDING, EGO, AND INTERRUPTION FROM THE 3RD PARTY...I THINK I DON'T NEED TO ELABORATE THESE FACTOR AND FOCUS ON WHAT TO DO TO AVOID DIVORCE WHEN YOU CONFRONT WITH THESE FACTOR INSTEAD..


     SO,WHAT TO WHEN YOU CONFRONT WITH THESE KIND OF SITUATION?...FIRSTLY,TRY TO KEEP YOUR COOL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE(I WOULD LIKE TO POINT THIS TO THE MEN BUT IN THIS CASE,BOTH SIDE SHOULD KEEP THEIR HEAD COOL TO LET THE BRAIN PROCESS ALL THE THING DURING THE SITUATION AS RATIONAL AS POSSIBLE)..SECOND,DO NOT ALLOW YOUR EMOTION TAKE OVER THE SITUATION SINCE THIS WILL LEAD TO THE DISASTER..LAST BUT NOT LEAST,TRY TO THINK AHEAD LIKE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOUR CHILDREN FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CHILDREN AND THINK OF YOUR MARRIAGE FUTURE OR AT LEAST YOUR PARENTS FEELING BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO TAKE ANY DRASTIC ACTION.. 


     


     

FEEL LAZY?...WHAT TO DO...?

     GOOD EVENING,HAVE YOU FEEL LAZY TO DO ANYTHING AND JUST WANT TO SLEEP ALL DAY OR WATCHING TV ALL DAY LIKE THE CAT IN THE PIC?..(THE CAT IN THE PIC IS CUTE RIGHT?..)..


     SO,WHY WE HAVE THIS FEELING SOMETIMES?..WELL, A FEW REASON I CAN THINK OF IS OUR POCKET HAS DRY/NO MONEY TO GO ENJOY WITH FRIENDS ESPECIALLY AT THE END OF THE MONTH(FOR THOSE WHO RECEIVE THEIR SALARY AT EARLY OF THE MONTH).


     NEXT REASON MIGHT BE CAUSE FROM THE TIME YOU WOKE UP FROM YOUR BED,LIKE WHEN YOU HAVING A NIGHTMARE AND IT'S RELATED TO SOMETHING IMPORTANT IN YOUR LIFE,YOU WILL HAVE A VERY GLOOMY DAY AND THAT ALSO WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LAZY.


     ANOTHER REASON MIGHT BE CAUSE FROM A BAD WEATHER LIKE EXTREMELY HOT/COLD AND YOU TEND TO GO INTO "HIBERNATE MODE"..HAHAHA. 


     SO,WHAT TO DO WHEN WE GET THIS FEELING?..EMMM,THIS IS HARD SINCE THIS FEELING CAN DESTROY EVEN A SUCCESSFUL HUMAN BEING IN THE WORLD IF NOT BEING HANDLE CAREFULLY,SO THIS IS MY SUGGESTION,IT'S OKAY TO HAVE THIS FEELING ONCE IN A WHILE SINCE WE ARE NOT A ROBOT BUT IF THIS FEELING CONTINUES,SO BEWARE,YOU ARE DRIVING YOURSELF INTO A MISERABLE LIFE..SO WHEN YOU FOUND THAT THIS FEELING CONTINUE TO CONTROL YOUR LIFE,THEN THE FIRST THING YOU CAN DO IS GO OUT(JUST GO OUT TO THE BALCONY OR SOMETHING) AND LOOK AT THE SCENERY(BEAUTIFUL SCENERY) AND EASE YOUR MIND,THEN TRY TO THINK WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE IN THE NEXT 10 YEARS WHILE WATCHING THE SCENERY(THIS MIGHT WORK TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF)..
